This is very important as UK customs may make considerable unnecessary charges if incorrectly declared.
For special order items which we would not normally carry in stock, we are unable to take these back for a refund.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
Smaller parcels will usually go via Royal Mail First Class.
If you would prefer your item(s) to be sent via courier, then just let us know.
As our parts vary so much in size, the postage cost is confirmed once the item is packed and ready to be despatched.
Royal Mail First Class prices start from £6.95.
Larger items are sent via Fedex/UPS/TNT using the fastest service available.
We need a mobile number and email address to be provided at the ordering stage, you will be sent a tracking number once the parcel has left us.
Courier prices start from £15.95,
The maximum dimensions are 100cm x 70cm x 60cm
The maximum weight is 30kg
Anything over those dimensions/weight will require an additional £15 ‘oversize’ charge.

Large or Heavy Items - UK
Packages weighing more than 30kgs and/or greater than 1 metre in length must be sent by specially arranged carrier. Usually body panels, exhausts, timber components and rubber floor matting have to be sent by this method. We will be in contact with a quote.
Anything exceeding this will incur an additional £15 charge.

Large or Heavy Items – Overseas
Packages weighing more than 30kg and/or greater than 1 metre in length will usually have to be sent by air/sea freight. Costs naturally vary from country to country, so please ask for a quotation.
Certain items such as brake shoes, starter motors, alternators, instruments, etc., are available on an exchange basis (the part number will have an ‘E’ at the end). When the old unit is not returned at the time of ordering, a deposit surcharge is made. This surcharge will be applied and fully refunded on the return of suitable old units.
Prices - All are quoted as VAT free. Only customers in the UK have to pay the 20% added VAT
These are correct at the time of going to press. Every endeavour will be made to keep prices down, but they may be altered at any time due to material, manufacturers’ price changes or revisions. Should there be any price increases, we will advise you and the order can be cancelled if you wish.
Credit/debit card payment
Both UK and overseas cards are acceptable - Visa, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal as means of payment. Telephone orders may be made by UK and overseas customers using their credit/debit cards, but please also state the expiry date of card, cvc number and the address to which you want parts sent, if different from card registered address. For security and data compliance laws, these numbers are not retained by us.

Guarantee/Non Fitting of Parts
Please advise us giving fullest details within 30 days of receipt, if goods do not fit.
If goods are damaged in the course of fitting, a credit or refund cannot be given.
All parts are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover labour, failure due to incorrect fitting or misuse or failure of a related component.
